Angela Wong is an Engineer II on the Process Development team at GentiBio. Angela is originally from the Chicagoland area (go Blackhawks!) but spent her teenage years as an international student in Beijing prior to relocating to Seattle, where she received a BS in Bioengineering from the University of Washington. After graduating, Angela worked at Juno Therapeutics/Celgene/Bristol Myers Squibb for 5 years, where she led the raw materials functional testing team and development of a lentiviral vector performance testing procedure, and optimized manufacturing processes for two CAR-T cell therapy programs. Most recently at National Resilience, Inc., she contributed to the evaluation and implementation of novel technologies into multiple cell therapy manufacturing platforms and helped build out multiple Resilience Cell Therapy Franchise sites. Angela lives in Seattle with her kitty, Lyla, and in her spare time she enjoys hiking, camping, knitting, yoga, and playing volleyball.
