Xiang Li is a bioinformatics scientist with the Discovery Research team at GentiBio. Prior to GentiBio, he trained as a computational biophysicist with a special focus on integration of multi-omics data. For example, a toolbox he developed named HI chub that can integrate epigenomics data including RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, DNase-seq and HiC to uncover the gene regulation mechanism in T cell immunity. In his spare time, Xiang enjoys playing soccer with friends, troubleshooting, and repairing things such as appliances and cars for friends. Xiang holds a PhD of physics from George Washington University.
