Alaina is an Associate Scientist, Vector Core. Prior to Genti, Alaina worked as a Viral Vector Manufacturing Associate at MassBiologics where she executed GMP processes to produce and purify AAV for clinical grade gene therapy products. Alaina received her BS in Chemical Engineering from Manhattan College and played on Manhattan’s NCAA DI women’s lacrosse team (Go Jaspers!). When not in the lab, Alaina enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the beach, and staying active.
