In remembrance of Maggie Gose, whose curiosity, kindness, and optimism continue to shape our team.
Maggie was a Principal Development Associate Scientist on the Process Development team at GentiBio and is remembered for her relentlessly positive energy, her deep technical acumen, and for being an exceptional teammate and friend.
Maggie played a critical role in the development of the GentiBio manufacturing platform, helped lead the successful transfer to the CDMO partner, and was a major contributor to GentiBio’s first IND. Maggie approached her work with passionate energy, curiosity, and a genuine desire to help others succeed. Prior to GentiBio, Maggie worked in cell therapy at Juno Therapeutics/Celgene/Bristol Myers Squibb working first as a manufacturing associate and later in Process Development and Global Manufacturing Sciences and Technology in the support of commercialization of Breyanzi CAR-T.
Born and raised in the Seattle area, she earned her BA in Biology from Whitman College. Outside of work, she loved spending time with her husband Joe, backpacking with her dog Tilly, getting lost in science fiction novels, experimenting with new recipes (especially dumplings), and skiing.
Maggie’s impact on our team and our culture is lasting, and she is deeply missed.
